Just what is a Rainbow baby?

A Rainbow baby is a baby born after a miscarriage, stillborn, or neonatal death . It’s called a Rainbow baby because it’s like a rainbow after a storm.

The emotional experience of losing a baby while pregnant or after baby is born is devastating in many ways. For many moms it’s not the first time of loosing a little angel. Although heartbroken, A light of Hope and faith remains in each parent’s heart. Until one day, after many tears and praying, they are surprised and happy that another baby is on the way. A little miracle sent from heaven, another chance of becoming parents arrives. Joy overflows as a new life is formed once again on the mother’s womb. It can be hard at first, scared of what may happen, hoping wholeheartedly that the baby now in her belly grows strong and healthy so it can be loved unconditionally.

A Maternity and Newborn rainbow session is a way to celebrate the life of a child before and after he/she is born. A Rainbow baby is a celebration of a new life, just like a rainbow after the storm, Hope turned to a miracle.
